Powerful Performance and Lasting Stability
The water pump features a top-notch gasoline or diesel engine configuration, including an all-steel camshaft. This design not only provides greater horsepower but also ensures longer life and stability, continuously supporting your work effectively.
When a gasoline water pump emits thick smoke and is prone to stalling, it may be due to two main issues. First, check if the throttle returns to its position. If it does and the problem continues, the issue could be a mix of gasoline and diesel in the fuel. This can start the pump but leads to smoke and stalling. To fix it, drain the mixed fuel, remove screws from the carburetor to clear residual fuel, clean the fuel tank with pure gasoline, and refill with new pure gasoline. Once the oil cap is secured, the water pump should operate normally.
The water pump fails to start if placed at an angle, as oil flows into the combustion chamber, blocking engine operation.
Solution: Remove the spark plug to release pressure, then start the water pump to let oil spray out from the plug hole. Replace the oil afterward. Restarting may cause smoke, which dissipates as the pump normalizes. Ensure the tank is lower and the chimney higher on slopes to prevent oil backflow.
After adding 4-stroke special oil, fill the fuel tank with pure gasoline to the filter position, then turn the oil circuit switch to the right to open, turn the air door to the left, press the red flameout switch to the down position, and then pull the starter cable. After the water pump starts to make a sound, push the air door to the right and increase the throttle.
