Do not add oil to the tank while the engine is running. Before starting the power tiller, check whether the tank cap is tightened. If you want to move the power tiller from one field to another over a long distance, turn off the engine, remove the blade shaft, and replace the tire.
Check whether the piston ring is worn or broken, whether the valve oil seal is aging, whether dirt is hidden in the air filter, and whether the oil volume is within the standard range and the oil color is normal. If it is deformed or burnt, the oil needs to be replaced. Regular maintenance can extend the service life of the power tiller.
A newly purchased power tiller needs a run-in period. First, add engine oil, gear oil, and fuel (gasoline or diesel). During the run-in period, operate the tiller at a low speed. When changing the engine oil, make sure to turn off the engine and replace the oil while the engine is still warm.
